About the Role:

India Today Advantage is a unique magazine and engagement platform designed exclusively for school students bringing knowledge, inspiration, and interactive experiences to young minds. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional to drive school outreach and participation across North India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of school contacts, a flair for relationship building, and a proactive approach to driving educational engagement initiatives such as quizzes, webinars, and workshops conducted by the India Today Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and Persuade schools to subscribe to and actively participate in the India Today Advantage initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to onboard schools for the India Today Advantage program across North India.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and teachers.
• Coordinate between schools and the internal teams to ensure seamless participation in quizzes, webinars, and offline sessions.
• Drive awareness and engagement for the magazine and related student programs.
• Conduct presentations, orientations, and engagement drives in schools.
• Collect feedback and insights from schools to enhance program relevance and effectiveness.
• Manage periodic reporting, targets, and performance tracking for the assigned region.
• Be open to extensive travel across North India for outreach and relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 36 years of experience in selling Magazines, Newspapers, Books or Educational products to schools directly.
• Strong connect and existing relationships with schools across North India preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
