WFB Baird India Pvt Ltdone of the worlds most respected heritage linen manufacturersis accelerating its retail expansion in India. Were looking for a driven, growth-oriented professional to join our Sales & Retail team and play a hands-on role in opening Franchise stores pan India.

Role: Assistant Manager Sales / Retail

Location: Delhi

What youll do:

• Support sales and retail operations across Buy & Sell and Franchise formats
• Be actively involved in planning and opening franchise stores nationwide
• Work closely with franchise partners to ensure smooth launches and strong performance
• Learn fast, execute faster, and grow with the business

What were looking for:

• 35 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C textile & apparel sectors
• Exposure to retail operations or store expansion
• A hands-on mindset, strong ownership, and ambition to grow into a larger role
• Fluency in English and Hindi
