Assistant Manager – Sales (Ready Mix Concrete – RMC)

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager Sales to support business growth in our RMC division. The role involves generating new business from builders and contractors, managing client accounts, coordinating site deliveries, and supporting regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert residential & commercial project leads
• Manage customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with plant, dispatch, QC, and fleet teams for smooth deliveries
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and market feedback
• Support collections and ensure compliance with credit terms

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma (MBA Marketing preferred)
• 26 years of experience in RMC or construction materials sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Good understanding of the Bangalore construction market
