Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate the Demand Plan for the Domestic Business for BSV ( MTS & MTO)
- Execute the Sales plan for the month with stakeholders for Domestic Business
- Engage with Stakeholders to mitigate risks, if any, on the sales plan
- Process excellence mindset across the Supply Chain to increase speed to market
- Support the Business team on the Growth plans / new launches planned for the financial year
- Establish a culture for Data Driven decisions within Supply Chain
Requisite for the role:
- 3-5 years relevant experience of Supply Chain Management, specially in Demand Planning domain.
- Experience in pharma Domestic / International Business will be added advantage.
- Understanding of Supply Chain concepts & the Sales & Operations planning process
- Analytical skills to work on large amount of data, exposure to data analytical tools like R, Python
- Strong inter-personal skills while engaging with the cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
