Key Responsibilities:

Generate the Demand Plan for the Domestic Business for BSV ( MTS & MTO)
Execute the Sales plan for the month with stakeholders for Domestic Business
Engage with Stakeholders to mitigate risks, if any, on the sales plan
Process excellence mindset across the Supply Chain to increase speed to market
Support the Business team on the Growth plans / new launches planned for the financial year
Establish a culture for Data Driven decisions within Supply Chain

Requisite for the role:

3-5 years relevant experience of Supply Chain Management, specially in Demand Planning domain.
Experience in pharma Domestic / International Business will be added advantage.
Understanding of Supply Chain concepts & the Sales & Operations planning process
Analytical skills to work on large amount of data, exposure to data analytical tools like R, Python
Strong inter-personal skills while engaging with the cross functional teams
Excellent communication skills
