Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing


Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi


Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing to support and drive lead generation, outreach campaigns, pre-sales pitching, proposal creation, and sales enablement activities. This role will focus on new business acquisition and growth initiatives, supporting the sales leadership in strategy execution, campaign management, and pipeline building. The ideal candidate should have strong business development acumen, communication skills, and execution capabilities, with hands-on experience in B2B sales support, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1.Sales Strategy & Lead Generation

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct prospecting, market research, and lead qualification across multiple channels.
  • Manage sales pipeline building, tracking, and reporting.


2.Campaign Management & Outreach

  • Plan and execute lead generation and outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound tools, partnerships, webinars, and events.
  • Design outreach sequences, pitch messages, email templates, and follow-ups.
  • Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.


3.Pre-Sales & Pitch Support

  • Create and manage pitch decks, sales presentations, proposals, SOW (Scope of Work) drafts, and solution documents.
  • Customize presentations and proposals based on client requirements and business objectives.
  • Support leadership during client meetings, discovery calls, and sales pitches.


4.Business Development Support & Coordination

  • Support the sales leadership in deal structuring, documentation, and closure activities.
  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams for pitch and campaign execution.


5, Events & Growth Initiatives

  • Support and manage business development initiatives such as webinars, seminars, workshops, and networking events.
  • Assist in planning, promotion, execution, and follow-ups for such initiatives.


6.Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales, campaign, and pipeline reports.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements and optimization strategies.


7.Team Leadership (For TL Role)

  • Lead, guide, and mentor sales & marketing executives and coordinators.
  • Set targets, track performance, and drive productivity.
  • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team capability.


8.Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle meeting scheduling, communication coordination, documentation management, and reporting.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day sales and marketing operations.


Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:


  • 46 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Pre-Sales roles.
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation, outreach campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Proven skills in pitch deck creation, proposal writing, and sales presentations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, SaaS, consulting, or agency ecosystem
