About Role

At Hyosung T&D India, operational excellence and market expansion go hand-in-hand. We are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales Coordination & Business Development who can ensure seamless order execution while actively supporting new customer acquisition and market development initiatives.

This role combines internal coordination precision with external market engagement and offers ownership across sales operations and business growth initiatives.


What You Will Drive

  • Sales Coordination & Order Management

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and dispatch operations.

Review and interpret purchase order terms & conditions for accurate sales order booking.

Utilize CRM, SAP, and Excel tools for sales coordination, data management, and documentation.

Prepare invoices for domestic and EPC sales orders and follow up with packing and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Collect required documentation from relevant departments and complete payment-related documentation as per contractual requirements.

Confirm sales recognition and submit necessary documents to the finance team for approval and settlement.

  • Market Development & Customer Expansion

Prepare an exhaustive list of customers in Non-SEB, Utility & Transmission markets across Pan-India for HV & EHV GIS products.

Identify targeted prospective customers and initiate new customer creation.

Complete vendor registration formalities with targeted customers.

Create and hand over newly developed customers to the Sales team.

  • Customer Engagement & Business Development

Prepare and implement a structured monthly visit calendar.

Ensure effective communication with prospective customers through regular visits and structured feedback.

Conduct in-house product seminars and presentations at prospective customer premises.

Submit weekly reports to the reporting manager with market insights and business feedback.

Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.


What Will Help You Succeed

  • Hands-on experience in sales coordination, order management, or business development

Strong understanding of purchase order review, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and documentation processes

  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM tools, and advanced Excel
  • Market knowledge of HV & EHV GIS products and transmission sector preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel Pan-India for business development activities

  • Execution-focused and detail-oriented mindset
