Assistant Manager - RTR

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and post adhoc journals and payroll journal entries for various UK entities

• Perform Blackline reconciliations for both Key and Non-Key accounts, including follow-up actions & clear aged open items within the timelines.

• Ensure accuracy in Intercompany accounting transactions, including staff cost mismatches, and intercompany staff cost accruals.

• Prepare and share payroll journal workings for UK markets, collaborating closely with FP&A teams to support forecasting and budgeting.

• Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) workings and accruals reporting.

• Oversee headcount load and workings for UK Markets

Education & Skills:-

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and payroll processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, payroll processing, and journal entry management.

• Proven experience with Blackline reconciliations or similar financial close software

• Excellent in communication skills to manage team queries and coordinate across departments.

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools (BPC, FP&A systems).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
