Responsibilities
:• Building/Amend/Update reports using SQL, VBA and Tableau solutions
• Understand contact center environment and provide required commentary on the periodic executive reports
• Support other Adhoc business requests as required
• Regular daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting
• Process documentation
• Regular client governance
• Work in US shifts
