Job Description
Responsibilities
:Building/Amend/Update reports using SQL, VBA and Tableau solutions
Understand contact center environment and provide required commentary on the periodic executive reports
Support other Adhoc business requests as required
Regular daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting
Process documentation
Regular client governance
Work in US shifts
