Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Bulk Recruitment 500 plus hiring who can independently manage high-volume hiring for Fintech sales roles and lead a team of recruiters to meet aggressive closure timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bulk hiring for Fintech/BFSI sales roles (Field Sales, Tele Sales, BDEs, etc.)

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters

• Drive daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure quick closures

• Coordinate with business stakeholders for manpower planning

• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality, and compliance

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reporting

Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring

• Strong exposure to Fintech / BFSI sales recruitment

• Experience in handling recruiters and driving numbers

• Good stakeholder and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
