Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with the month end close process.
Complete various accounting duties such as daily cash posting, bank reconciliations, and other general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Liaison with internal and external auditors and assist in audits by gathering and summarizing requested documentation.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of regional office/entity accounting by liaising with local accounting and tax partners
Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial pack, including analysis and commentary.
Ensure that key SOX controls are documented and working as intended including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry support.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual schedules required for statutory reporting.
Supporting flux P&L commentaries
Perform special assignments and projects as required and any ad-hoc duties as and when required

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance B.COM (Minimum)/CA/CMA/MCOM

Additional relevant experience of minimum 3 years for AM

Preferred Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

ERP experience and strong Excel skills are desirable.
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in a multicultural environment and able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to prioritize effectively
