Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 8–10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity surveyor to work on the client side, responsible for quantity surveying & estimation, reviewing & validating the consultant’s/Contractor’s submissions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of drawings, BOQs & specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the quantity surveying and estimation activities for all disciplines in the projects.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and bill of quantities.
• Conducting through cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Collaborating with external consultants, stakeholders, OEMs, contractors to ensure accurate project costing. 
• Prepare, review and analyze tender documents, contracts and variations.
• Monitor project progress and cost to identify potential risks and deviations from the budget.
• Providing regular reports and updates on project costing and budget status.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations to discuss cost related issues and provide recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• A Professional Degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• Knowledge in quantification of architecture, structure, civil, MEPF & ICT.
• 8–10 years experience.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects or airports.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office. 
• Proficient in BIM or Revit or other 3D software is a plus.
