Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate team member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team, support certification processes, analyze project data, and develop sustainability strategies. Youll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, conduct field investigations, and prepare technical documentation to help projects achieve their green building goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team in delivering green building certifications

- Analyze project data and develop sustainability strategies

- Conduct field investigations and site assessments

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to meet sustainability targets

Requirements

35 years of experience in Green Building Certification & Facilitation

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

Strong knowledge of IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, and WELL systems

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Professional accreditation (IGBC AP, LEED AP, WELL AP) preferred
