Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives with our university partners. This role is core to our mission of scaling high-impact programs, driving topline growth, and positioning our partner universities as industry leaders in the online higher education space.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance.
Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across internal teamsSales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operationsto align efforts and deliver on shared goals.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Autonomous Execution: Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on higher education trends, regulatory developments, and competitor movements to guide strategic direction.
Who Were Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of experience in program/project management, business consulting, strategy, or operationspreferably in the education, B2B or high-value consumer tech space
Education: Graduate/MBA from a top-tier institution like IIT, IIM, BITS
