Job Title: Deal Pricing Business Finance

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Deal Pricing professional to support commercial and financial evaluation of new business opportunities. The role involves developing pricing models, evaluating deal profitability, supporting bid management, and ensuring margin optimization in line with organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models and pricing proposals for new deals (T&M, Fixed Price, Hybrid).
• Analyze cost structures, revenue projections, and margin impact.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Legal teams during bid submissions.
• Conduct deal reviews, risk assessment, and commercial approvals.
• Support contract negotiations with financial insights.
• Track deal performance post-closure to ensure profitability.
• Maintain pricing governance and compliance with internal policies.

Eligibility:

• CA with 2+ years of experience OR Non-CA with 46 years of experience
• Experience in financial modeling, pricing strategy, or business finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Experience in IT/BPO/Consulting environment preferred
