Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve business targets
• Drive inside sales and field sales performance
• Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and conversions
• Coach, train, and motivate team members for improved performance
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Inside Sales & Field Sales (mandatory)
• Proven team handling and people management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 6 Days working (Rotational Shift)
