Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven PMS Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new clients for our Portfolio Management Services, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for acquiring new clients for PMS, including high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Identify target markets, segments, and prospects through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
  • Customize investment proposals and solutions based on client requirements, showcasing the value proposition of our PMS offerings.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections, providing clear and transparent information to facilitate decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, regular updates, and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with investment advisors, portfolio managers, and internal teams to deliver tailored investment strategies and solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive client experience and resolving issues or escalations as needed.
  • Meet or exceed targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives for PMS client acquisition and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications.
  • Proven experience of 2-5years in client acquisition, business development, or sales roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management or portfolio management services.
  • Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.
