Job Description



Position Summary (Key objectives/Purpose of the job):

A seasoned professional with ~15 years of experience working in multi-disciplinary Domestic and International projects, with specific expertise in Delivery Management - Outside Plant Design, Planning & Engineering, and Rollout. As the Technical and People Manager, you will develop and execute project plans for current and new projects.

Ensures quality of work and that industry guideline and requirements are met. Develops and maintains departmental processes, metrics, and KPIs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader and experienced team builder with a proven ability to build, lead, and coach multidisciplinary teams.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage fiber optic network deployment projects like Enterprise & Mobile site from planning to completion of fibre works.

2. Proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to identify future growth areas and capacity needs, leading the development of near- and long-term engineering project plans and construction cost estimates for customer projects.

3. Plan, organize, and monitor the overall program objectives for the department. Utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of teams to ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and as scheduled.

4. Coordinate with Build Partners or contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

5. Responsible for communicating organizational information through regular team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate written and interpersonal communication

6. Continued driving of improvement in costs, timescales, and quality.

7. Drive consistency, quality, suitability, and cost-effectiveness in the design delivery which should meet client-specific SLAs and KPIs

8. Produces reports on quality assurance and projects for internal and client governance

9. Proposes, documents maintains and implements continual process improvements which lead to benefits for the client and TCTS

10. Completes performance reviews for team members on a monthly/ quarterly basis and provides ongoing coaching on performance and building capability.

11. Assesses internal training needs and identifies training opportunities to ensure effective performance.

12. Responsible for People Management including; hiring, onboarding, leading, developing, training, and mentoring team members.

13. Should be familiar in SAP/PEGA with PO raising and GRN process for the build partner.

14. Should be familiar in Total Mobile FLOW applications to monitor Fibre services Order management.

15. To create new orders and monitor existing orders in FLOW system

16. To Co-ordinate with stakeholders to get the correct FLOW stages and aligning the same.

17. To produce stake holder reports and performance reports.

1. Project Delivery within agreed time scales

2. 100% Compliance with Client SLAs and KPIs

3. ESAT and People Management

4. CSAT - Customer Satisfaction [NPS]

5. Continual Service Improvement

Qualifications:

1. ~15 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications Engineering with over 10 years of experience as a Delivery Manager.

2. Post Graduate in relevant background with hands-on experience.

3. Proficient in MS Office Suite with good skills in PowerPoint and Advanced Excel

4. Proficient in Power BI with good skills in of dashboard preparation.

5. Should have knowledge on Concepts of Project Management / Scrum master and Lean Six Sigma would be an added advantage.
