• Own the employee lifecycle from seamless onboarding to offboarding with empathy and efficiency.
• Translate employee insights into measurable actions through surveys, feedback loops, and analytics.
• Partner with leadership to embed employee voice into business decisions and change initiatives.
• Build intuitive HR dashboards and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – clear, confident, and context-aware
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Creative tool like Canva, Adobe and any leading HRMS / analytics tools
