About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Onboarding Specialist & Employee Experience Partner, level Senio Executive/AM, department Human Resources, BU Shared Services to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and delivering a seamless, engaging onboarding journey and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and culture. You’ll help shape the first impressions of new hires while also working across teams to foster a strong sense of community and belonging throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and New Hire Experience
- Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that supports new employees from offer acceptance through their   first 90 days.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding processes are smooth, consistent, and     aligned with company culture.
- Coordinate welcome communications, orientation schedules, and onboarding logistics.
- Collect feedback to continuously refine and enhance the onboarding process.

Employee Engagement and Experience
- Support the planning, implementation, and communication of engagement initiatives, programs, and internal campaigns.
- Act as a culture champion by driving events, programs, and practices that reinforce our values and create a positive     workplace culture.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and evaluate employee engagement strategies, including surveys, recognition -     programs, and employee feedback channels.

Communication and Culture
- Create and manage internal communication plans to ensure employees are well-informed about company initiatives,     policies, and updates.
- Ensure the organization’s values and mission are embedded in all engagement and onboarding touchpoints.
- Promote inclusivity, collaboration, and employee well-being through consistent and thoughtful communication.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and measure onboarding and engagement metrics, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop KPIs to assess the success of employee engagement and onboarding efforts, reporting results to senior   management.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, onboarding, or employee relations
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships across teams and organizational levels
- Familiarity with reward and recognition platforms/tools (an added advantage)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and employee engagement tools is a plus
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership and initiative
