Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of People Analytics, you will work with the team to develop and maintain data visualization tools that provide insightful and actionable people and business metrics.
  • Design and develop aesthetically pleasing, effective, and compelling dashboards using techniques for advanced analytics, interactive dashboard design, and visual best practices to convey the story within the data and generate actionable insight
  • Provide ongoing operational talent reports to the business with data driven narratives
  • Engage with stakeholders across the People team and business to understand and define requirements and provide support for scheduled and ad hoc talent reporting needs in a timely fashion
  • Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for primary stakeholder groups (Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources Leaders & Business Partners, etc.).
  • Display an innovative mindset to expand the team’s capabilities by automating and streamlining current processes
  • Responsible for data cleansing, validation & testing, and performing analysis on large volumes of data.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive human capital data and high-profile business strategies.
  • Works with project teams and associates to ensure proper identification of all impacted data elements based on change(s) being proposed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in an analytics position working with large amounts of data.  “Self-motivated, curious, autonomous and willing to learn”
  • Experience in Analytics data modelling, storytelling, visualization (Python/R, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Visual Basic) would be must.
  • Experience in Workday reporting, Visier, HR data is highly desired.
  • Carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
  • Ability to work with a virtual team across different time zones.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, Power Platform and DAX.
  • Proficient in SQL Server and MS Azure
  • Broad industry knowledge of HR processes and data (ex. Workforce Metrics, Recruitment Practices, Compensation, Performance/Talent Management, etc.)
  • People Management experience would be plus
  • Knowledge of ERP, Business systems, HR System and Business Intelligence tools. 
  • Candidate should be willing cope with some stress and able to prioritize with help of management
