Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the full sales lifecycle for Corporate Matching and the "Leaders for Change" programme, from cold prospecting to final contract closing.
  • Actively acquire new corporate partners through aggressive lead generation, networking, and high-volume outreach.
  • Conduct regular on-site client visits to deliver persuasive pitches to HR directors, CSR heads, and C-suite executives.
  • Present and negotiate multi-year workplace giving commitments and corporate matching agreements.
  • Oversee and optimize high-value partnerships with global giving platforms like Benevity to maximize revenue.
  • Design and sell bespoke virtual and in-person volunteering activities as strategic entry points for corporate funding.
  • Manage high-level donor stewardship and account management to upsell existing partners into larger giving tiers.
  • Lead a team of 12 members to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Own the business development pipeline, utilizing data-driven dashboards to track sales velocity and conversion metrics.
  • Leverage 35 years of experience in B2B sales or business development to navigate complex corporate procurement cycles.
