Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Student Engagement

• Visit undergraduate colleges, coaching institutes, and education partners to promote AIDTM programs
• Conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, and counseling interactions with students
• Build relationships with faculty coordinators, placement cells, and career counselors
• Represent AIDTM at education fairs and promotional activities
• Maintain outreach database and submit daily/weekly activity reports
• Coordinate and schedule campus visits for interested students

Event & Campus Responsibilities

• Coordinate Open House programs and campus visit days
• Conduct campus tours and institute presentations for visiting students and parents
• Assist in organizing hackathons, management fests, cultural events, workshops, guest lectures, and academic seminars
• Coordinate with faculty, student committees, speakers, and vendors for smooth event execution
• Handle pre-event communication, including invitations, confirmations, and reminders
• Promote events to partner colleges and encourage student participation
• Maintain attendance records and prepare post-event reports
• Assist in orientation and induction programs for newly admitted students
