Assistant Manager - Outdoor Sales for below mentioned locations:

Sultanpur New Delhi & Greater Noida


Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Outdoor Sales Personnel(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, conducting on-site consultations, and closing sales for high-quality modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions. This field-based role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory to meet architects, interior designers, builders, and direct homeowners


Required Key Skills:

  • Sales:Outside Sales, B2C/B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Consultative Selling, Closing, Account Management, Cold Calling.
  • Product Knowledge:Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Materials (HDF, MDF, Plywood), Hardware (Hafele/Blum-others), Finishes (Acrylic, Laminate).
  • Technical/Tools:AutoCAD (Basic), SketchUp, MS Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills:Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, Project Management, Time Management, Spatial Planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events to build a robust client pipeline.
  • On-Site Consultations:Visit client sites to understand layout requirements, take accurate site measurements, and offer tailored design solutions.
  • Sales Presentation:Present product designs, materials, and functionalities to clients, highlighting the benefits of our modular kitchen and wardrobe ranges.
  • Project Estimation & Closing:Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and working drawings in coordination with the design team; negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B partners (architects, developers) and B2C clients, providing excellent post-sales service.
  • Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence:Maintain accurate records of sales leads in CRM software, submit weekly reports, and monitor competitors' products and pricing.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:34+ years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, home interiors, or high-end furniture.
  • Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with site measurement, reading interior drawings, or interior design software is a strong advantage.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Sales Acumen:Strong closing skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Mobility:Must have a valid drivers license and own a two-wheeler for daily travel within the assigned region.
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
