Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the analysis, design, and configuration of Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements.

Mandatory have hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, user-hooks & fast formulas.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR processes, requirements, and pain points, and propose effective solutions within the Oracle HRMS framework.

Conduct workshops and gather business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Oracle EBS capabilities.

Provide expert-level advice and guidance on system functionalities, configurations, and customizations to optimize HRMS performance and usability.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.

Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Exit Module and Self-Service functionalities.

Oversee system testing and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Participate in end-user training sessions to enable users to efficiently utilize the Oracle HRMS EBS Suite.

Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HRMS modules.

Lead or contribute to upgrade and migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions to newer versions of Oracle EBS and HRMS modules.

Stay updated with the latest Oracle HRMS EBS Suite releases, patches, and industry trends to recommend system enhancements and optimizations.

Assist in creating and maintaining system security policies and procedures related to HRMS modules.

Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
