Main Duties & Scope of the role

1. Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual performance targets for applications processing and quality.

2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and maintain or reduce turnaround time (TAT).

3. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team is up-to-date with best practices and tools.

4. Oversee the implementation of a thorough review process to maintain a high standard of application quality across the team.

5. Ensure 100% compliance with application tagging procedures and accurate commission tracking.


Key Responsibilities

Business Objective Discussion:

Engage in regular meetings with business managers to discuss and align on organizational objectives and strategies for achieving key business outcomes.


Process Improvement:

Identify and analyze areas for operational improvements, develop, and present detailed process improvement reports to management. Lead the implementation of new business processes across teams.


Team & Contractor Management:

Oversee and coordinate improvement teams and external contractors, ensuring the effective execution of process enhancements while maintaining high standards.


Process Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support in troubleshooting and refining new processes, ensuring their seamless integration into daily operations.


Policy Updates & Compliance:

Update process and procedural policies to align with organizational changes and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Conduct regular assessments to maintain regulatory adherence.


Technology & Strategy Monitoring:

Stay informed about the latest industry technologies and improvement strategies, integrating relevant innovations to optimize business processes.


Application Process Management:

Drive the application process for both individual and team-related activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.


Training and Development:

Assess and address training needs for new and existing team members, ensuring the development of a highly skilled workforce in line with operational demands.


Global Office Coordination:

Manage the smooth application process for all StudyIn global offices, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the implementation of business processes across regions.


Product and Service Knowledge:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of StudyIn services and products, ensuring comprehensive knowledge sharing across the team.


Event Support:

Provide support at university exhibitions and StudyIn exhibitions, promoting the organizations services and establishing strong partnerships.


Managerial Support:

Assist with managerial duties, supporting senior leadership in the efficient management and operation of business activities.


Higher Education Promotion:

Undertake additional responsibilities related to the promotion of higher education, enhancing the visibility and reputation of StudyIn within the industry.


University Liaison & Recruitment:

Establish and maintain relationships with universities and university officers to facilitate student recruitment initiatives, fostering positive collaborations.


Brand Development:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the StudyIn brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goals.


Client Relationship Management:

Proactively engage with potential clients to build rapport, arrange meetings, and develop long-term relationships that support business growth.


Communication with Counsellors & Universities:

Facilitate communication between counsellors and universities, ensuring smooth operations in the recruitment and application process.


Email Management:

Oversee and manage all related email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication across various stakeholders.


About the Candidate (including required competencies)

Able to fill the University applications

Good in email handling

Able to scrutinize the student document


Good typewriting speed

Able to work under pressure

Good communication skills


Requirements & Qualification

More than 8 years of experience in the same field

Bachelors degree or equivalent degree is must.
