Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Assistant Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts focused on Customer Retention and Reactivation. The ideal candidate will own campaign planning and execution, budget management, and lead generation through website/app interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams to engage customers meaningfully and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Design and manage monthly broadcast campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage and reactivate customers.

  • Define customer segments based on lifecycle, activity, and intent signals.

  • Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to deliver timely, relevant, and effective messaging.

  • Ensure campaigns go live on time and in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

2. Budget Management & Vendor Coordination:

  • Own the annual marketing budget for retention and reactivation.

  • Plan and execute strategies within budget, ensuring efficient cost utilization and optimization.

  • Liaise with vendors for campaign execution and negotiate costs effectively.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, leads) and drive data-backed optimizations.

  • Analyze trends, derive insights, and share performance reports with actionable recommendations.

4. Lead Generation via Website/App Interventions:

  • Strategically place marketing nudges and interventions on digital platforms to boost engagement and generate leads.

  • Drive high-intent traffic and quality leads to the sales team through targeted interventions.

  • Work with product and analytics teams to test and implement browsing behavior-based nudges.

5. Data & Analytics Proficiency:

  • Use SQL and analytics tools to interpret customer data and inform strategy.

  • Translate insights into campaign and intervention improvements.

  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign success and customer journey performance.

6. Market & Competitive Awareness:

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance campaign strategy.

  • Stay up to date with CRM, digital trends, and customer engagement innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
