JD - Assistant Trade Marketing

1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive below-the-line marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and regional market dynamics.

2. Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of BTL marketing campaigns, including events, activations, sponsorships, and guerrilla marketing initiatives, to maximize brand visibility and market penetration.

3. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization of resources while delivering measurable results.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with brand messaging.

5. Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors, agencies, and suppliers to support BTL marketing activities and ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.

6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of BTL marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

7. Market Research: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
