Assistant Manager | MIS Reporting| Delhi | Assurance National Leadership

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled MIS & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and enhance the organization's Management Information Systems, streamline reporting processes, and leverage Power BI for data visualization and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making.
Design and generate insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Analyze complex data sets and provide clear interpretations and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
Train end-users on the use of Power BI and other reporting tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data visualization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

MBA /PGDM in Finance from reputed B school.
Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of ERP systems and databases is preferred.
