Assistant Manager- Medical

Job Description:

Over 10 years of experience in operations-focused roles, including a minimum of 23 years managing Team Leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) To lead a team of 10-12 Team Leads (each Team Lead manages 35-40 agents)

2) Ensure adherence to daily working of Team Leads-

• Ensuring attendance for batch assigned is as per daily and monthly forecasting/projections
• Assign hourly/mid-day/shift reports on order processing for each batch led by Team Leads
• Ensure Team Leads achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Performance review of Team Leads, feedback on improvement required.
• Daily Stand-ups with TLs
• Manpower planning considering the growth on a monthly basis

3) Act as point of coordination with other functions including HR, Training, Quality

4) Undertake planning and implementation of new strategic initiatives as aligned with Senior leadership

• Also, suggest new tech initiatives to be undertaken

5) Data planning

• Prepare incentives for agents on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
• Prepare plan for PIP (for agents) on monthly basis
