ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING (VJ PARIVAAR)

Position Title: Assistant Manager Marketing (Customer Experience) 

• Location: Baner and Kharadi
• Department: Marketing
• Reports to: Senior Manager, VJ Pariwaar

Role Overview:

As a Customer Experience specialist in the East or West region, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the handover of flats, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handover Execution: Lead the handover process, delivering an outstanding experience for each customer.
2. Customer Experience Enhancement: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and enriching their overall experience.
   
3. Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate closely with the CRM teams to provide valuable insights and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
   

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or project management.
• Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving approach.
