Responsibilities


Well-developed skills in designing, managing and delivering a range of research and development projects including effective and efficient resource allocation.
Ability to develop and utilize appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods and tools to support high quality research and analysis.
Understanding and application of a range of research and evaluation methodologies and methods - primary research and analysis, surveys, customer feedback reporting, secondary research, economic analysis, and market/industry assessments
Manage relationships to drive superior level of customer advocacy and engagement
Follow best practices in project management to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Interaction with the clients from proposal development to final delivery of the project
Assume end-to-end ownership of key strategic initiatives, with leading role in scoping, planning, and executing.
Demonstrate a strong capability to link findings and recommendations to expected business impact.
Present findings and recommendations, while explaining approach and rationale, to senior/executive leadership, as and when needed.
Implement and apply research solutions by guiding the project team members appropriately on how to:
Structure, organize, and synthesize information to develop key insights at company/industry/business level
Gather financial, industry-specific market and business information, using internal and external research resources such as industry journals, analyst reports, business databases, and corporate websites
Produce relevant insights in concise and succinct manner to appeal to inform client leadership
