ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING (BILLING)

Position Title:

• Billing Specialist

• Reports to: General Manager Marketing

Role Description: Join our finance team as a Billing Specialist, where you will manage various billing processes and optimize vendor registrations to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing Software Management: Use billing software (preferably Farvision) for data entry and monitoring of invoices. 2. Vendor Registration: Oversee the vendor registration process, ensuring compliance and accuracy. 3. Record Keeping & Payment Tracking: Maintain accurate records and monitor payment schedules for vendors. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting. * 1 to 3 yrs of Background in billing, with knowledge of Tally preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience to Farvision ERP is preferred What We Offer:
