ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING (GUEST RELATIONS)

Position Title: Assistant Manager Marketing - GRE 

Location: West Pune (YNC, Wakad and PBC, Balawadi) 

Reports to: General Manager - Marketing  (Projects)

Role Description: Become an essential part of our front desk team as a GRE to support Residential Project launches and sustenance initiatives. This position is critical in delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support and service to customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
2. Hospitality & Presentation: Maintain a presentable and hospitable front desk environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
3. Problem Solving: Address customer queries and issues promptly, enhancing overall client satisfaction and experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service or front office management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
