Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager-Human Resources based in Mumbai. The role entails managing recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include planning and implementing HR policies, training programs, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law Understanding
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Performance Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-solving, Organizational, and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and software will be an added advantage
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- The candidate's should have minimum 3 years experience as HR practicing in Insurance Broking Industry or Insurance Industry.
