Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager Finance (NBFC)

About the Role

We are hiring a Qualified Chartered Accountant for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager Finance with an RBI-regulated NBFC . The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar NBFC finance role and strong exposure to Ind AS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance .

Key Responsibilities

• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS
• In-depth understanding of Schedule III Division III reporting requirements
• Handle monthly book closure activities , working files, and accounting entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financials , MIS, ECL , reconciliations, and analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams, branches, and partners for financial closing data
• Liaise with auditors , resolve audit queries, and ensure timely audit completion
• Prepare and support regulatory reporting (RBI, SEBI, MCA)
• Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as per business requirements

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in an NBFC / financial services environment
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities
