Assistant Manager/Manager - CAM Reconciliation

Springbord is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee end-to-end CAM Reconciliation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Yardi Voyager (Recovery Pools & CAM Reconciliations), financial analysis, team management, automation thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager - CAM Reconciliation

Location: Chennai (Hybrid/Remote based on company policy)

Experience: 10 years (with at least 35 years in CAM Reconciliation supervision/management)

Key Responsibilities

CAM Reconciliation and Recovery Set up:

• Oversee the end-to-end CAM Reconciliation lifecyclefinal quality check of outputs, ensuring accuracy, and guiding PL/SPL/TL in complex scenarios.
• Provide expert direction on Yardi Voyager Recovery Pools from the global set up level, CAM Reconciliations, GL reviews, budgeting, and estimating processes.
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and adherence to client-specific requirements.
• Conduct final quality check for complex reconciliations/recovery set up, pilot projects and tenant desktop audit.
• Support teams with problem-solving, process clarification, and issue escalation.

Team & Operations Management

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts/reviewers to strengthen technical capability and performance.
• Manage day-to-day production workflow, productivity, and work allocation to meet client SLAs.
• Provide training on CAM processes, lease interpretation, Yardi functions, and reconciliation logic.
• Encourage positivity, team motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain composure and drive results during peak CAM seasons.
• Ensure strong and effective communication with internal teams and clients.
• Serve as a key link between the leadership team, the delivery team, and the client

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency enhancement.
• Develop best practices, SOP preparations, SOP improvements, Checklists, templates, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce processing time and improve accuracy.

Client Management

• Act as a point of contact for client queries, clarifications, reviews, and status updates.
• Participate in review calls, provide insights, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Yardi Voyager Recovery Pools & CAM Reconciliations.
• Experience in Excel-based reconciliations, budgeting, desktop audits/CAM audits.
• Ability to manage transactional work at scale while maintaining quality.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Yardi Breeze, AppFolio Recovery Pools & CAM Reconciliations, or other database (MRI, JDE etc.)
• Exposure to workflow automation or VBA/Power Query/BI tools.
