Assistant Manager / Manager – CAAS || US Accounting || HYD

We are currently hiring for our client - Fastest growing network of CPA firms in US .

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager CAAS to lead client accounting engagements, manage a team, and ensure high-quality financial reporting for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting processes
• Manage a team of 34 accounting professionals
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

What Were Looking For:

• 58 years of experience in US accounting ( Client or Corporate accounting)
• Team management exposure 3+ Years
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, 1099s, payroll & tax forms
• Experience in both cash and accrual accounting
• Hands-on expertise in QuickBooks or Oracle & MS Excel
• CA/CPA (preferred)
• Strong client communication & team management skills
