Adfactors PR is looking for a dynamic communications professional to join our BFSI Practice as a Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who bring a strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector, along with the ability to manage client relationships, drive media engagement, and lead high-impact communication programs.

Role Overview

As a Manager/Assistant Manager - BFSI Practice, you will play a key role in managing client mandates, shaping strategic communication initiatives, and driving media visibility for leading brands in the BFSI space. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring seamless delivery across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client servicing and account management for BFSI mandates
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with client business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and financial media
• Drive proactive media engagement, thought leadership opportunities, and story placements
• Oversee development of high-quality content including press releases, bylines, briefing notes, and leadership communication
• Manage and mentor Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Track media coverage and provide insightful reporting and strategic recommendations to clients
• Support new business opportunities and client growth initiatives within the BFSI practice

What Were Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within BFSI or business communications
• Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem including banking, fintech, insurance, and capital markets
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and media networking skills
• Proven ability to manage clients and lead teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
