Assistant Manager/Manager/Associate Director - Corporate Finance & Investment Banking - 5+ years of experience - Mumbai

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Proficient in financial modelling, construction of spreadsheet-based business model and having strong analytical abilities
• Proficient in preparing marketing pitches, presentations, investment teasers, information memorandum and credit note
• Worked on transaction across stages in Investment banking / Corporate Finance / Debt Restructuring
• Sound industry knowledge in Electric Vehicle, Infrastructure, Hotels, Hospitality, Renewables or Pharmaceuticals may be preferred
• Attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships
• Sourcing & Execution of Corporate Advisory & Investment banking business
• Proficient knowledge of MS office viz, MS Power point, MS Excel and MS Word
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel across India
