Assistant Manager – LXP administration – Learning Process

Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the LXP/ LMS

Content Management: Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, including courses, videos, and other educational materials.

User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.

Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion rates, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.

Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and updates and implement best practices to enhance the learning experience.

Experience: Good years of experience in Skillsoft-Pericipio LXP/ SuccessFactor LMS

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Skillsoft Percipio/
