Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Team Management:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Track and Trace Analysts.

  1. Assign tasks and monitor team performance.

  1. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.

  1. Track and Monitor Shipments with Brokerage Providers:

  1. Oversee the real-time status of shipments using tracking systems and tools.

  1. Identify delays, disruptions, or exceptions in the supply chain and take corrective action.

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret shipment data to identify trends and issues.

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.

  1. Issue Resolution:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated shipment-related issues.
