Basic understanding of mobile Hydraulics.
3D Cad model generations for pipes, pipe WA, Moulded hoses and hose routing and completing engineering drawings for the same.
Basic understanding & experience in working for Hydraulic Systems like hydraulic pumps, motors, gear boxes, direction control valves, actuators, filters, hoses & fittings.
Concept generation for new & current products within defined timelines including circuit design & hydraulic power calculations.
Generation of 3D CAD model, assembly & 2D drawings for prototype & production parts within defined timeline.
Design Release in Teamcenter PLM as per JCBs Preferably experienced with Fluid Line Diagram, Standards & NPIP process.
Support and coordination of Prototype build activities with focus on Hydraulic Systems.
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred Mobile Hydraulics Certificate Course.
4-8 years experience in Mechanical Engineering
Min. 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Hydraulics System Design
