About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager of Offshore Sales to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving sales growth targets in offshore managed accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of managing the entire sales pipeline, building lasting client relationships, and effectively representing our company's comprehensive offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve sales growth and revenue targets on existing accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accuracy in CRM tools.
- Research consumer needs and work with presales and sales team on next steps
- Generate new business opportunities and establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment teams to staff every customer requirement.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process for sales figures and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed college.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work US TIME ZONE hours to support offshore clients.
