Assistant Manager - Investigations(A235717)

Role:

• Xiaomi India is seeking a mid-level professional to join its Internal Investigation team within the Ethics & Compliance function. The team is responsible for promoting a strong culture of integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• The team manages and investigates ethical concerns raised through internal reporting channels and provides guidance to employees on the organizations Code of Conduct. It also conducts awareness and training programs to encourage responsible reporting and strengthen the organizations ethical framework.
• The Investigator will support the investigation team in conducting fair, objective, and well-documented investigations into alleged violations of the organization's Code of Conduct and related policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured investigation methodology, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred experience:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate investigations.
• Experience in investigative environments such as police or other law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, corporate investigations, and vigilance departments will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with a data analytics tool for identifying anomalies or indicators.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant and CFE will be an advantage.
