Job Description
Designation: Senior Executive or Associate Manager, Creative Strategy
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising, or related field from a reputed institute.
- 24 years of experience in digital media ecosystems (preferably in an agency strategy role is welcomed).
- Ability to pull and consolidate data from multiple sources and tools.
- Experience in analysing reports, mapping digital audience behaviour, and deriving data led insights.
- Skilled in PPTs and Excel.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with exposure to client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research
- Conduct category and competitor research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.
- Analyse large data sets from multiple sources to map digital behaviour, campaign performance, and category insights.
- Support in developing strategies
- Partner with clients to understand business goals and align strategy accordingly.
- Support managers on presentations, pitches, and day-to-day strategy deliverables.
- Work with creative, design, tech, and media teams to drive campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of brand initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
