Assistant Manager Human Resources

The role requires strong business partnering skills along with hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
• Provide guidance on people matters, performance, and employee relations
• Drive HR initiatives aligned to business objectives

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage confirmations, promotions, and internal movements
• Oversee exit management and retention strategies

3. Performance & Talent Management

• Facilitate goal setting and appraisal cycles
• Support performance improvement plans and talent reviews
