- Position: Manager / Assistant Manager Human Resources
- Location: Mumbai (Remote)
- Experience Required: 810 years
- Work Shift: Mon to Fri, 9:30 AM to 7 PM
- Role Overview:
- This is a comprehensive HR Generalist role with strong exposure to:
- HR Operations & HRIS management
- End-to-end Talent Acquisition
- Performance Management cycles
- Payroll inputs & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity)
- Employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding)
- HR reporting & analytics
- Employee engagement initiatives
- We are looking for someone with strong HR fundamentals, hands-on HRMS experience, and the ability to independently manage multiple HR processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
