Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager in Human Resources. The role includes managing day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The Assistant Manager will support HR planning, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. They will also coordinate employee training and development initiatives and act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and training coordination
• Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities
• Relevant experience in HR management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
