This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at our office located in Gurugram. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Additional duties include facilitating employee training programs, performance management, and maintaining effective communication between employees and management to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in performance management, training, and development activities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with attention to detail
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment
• A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree in HR/Management or an equivalent professional certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
